Since moving to our new premises Cygnus has started to go back to our roots in dinghy sailing.

Over the course of the next few months we will be building up our range of chandlery.

In the last few months we have invested in new sewing machines and roller swaging equipment that will splice up to 8mm.

We have been making custom toestraps for some time and we now have patterns for most classes.

Standard webbing straps are available.Padded straps,and the Super Stick range which has rubber grip on the under side.

If in our catalogue you do not see your class, give us a call with the dimensions and we can make you a custom set.

Cygnus Sails main area of expertise is in the repair of  sails.

We keep most  materials in stock at all times and specialise in the repair of Laser,RS 49er,29er but we will repair any make of sails,generaly if the sail is damaged we always use the same materials,we do not compromise on quality and durability,

We keep in stock most of the sail parts,Battens,Jib Hanks,Sail Numbers.

Our Dacron repair material for on the spot repairs has the best adhesion possible and is highly recomended for on the spot urgent repairs

We carry out sail repairs for most Insurance companys and are recomended by Noble Insurance.(01636707606)Newton Crum

We can arrange collection and delivery of your sails and do our best to get them done as fast as possible so you don't miss the events.
